I LOVE THE SPACE! What’s the next step?

Submit a Pre-Lease Security Deposit Agreement and Security Deposit. This guarantees the space you fell in love with won’t be rented out.

How much is the Security Deposit?

The Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent. (The Security Deposit is refundable only if your application is not approved.)

What’s next?

Submit a Commercial Rental Application within 24 hours. Once the application is approved, we will email you a Lease Agreement. You will have seven days to review this contract and send it back to us. First month’s rent will also be due at lease signing.

What Credit Score do I need to qualify?

We require a credit score of at least 700. If your score falls below this threshold, and you still want the space, you have two options. You can either pre-pay six months rent in advance, or add another person on the lease with a credit score of 700 or higher.

Is there a discount for pre-paying the rent?

Yes! There is a 5% discount when the rent is pre-paid 12 months in advance and a 10% discount when rent is pre-paid 24 months in advance.

What is the minimum lease term?

Typically, 24 months. However, we do take certain considerations into account.
